Londonbound motorists suffering long delays after an accident on the A2 this morning

Congestion on the A2 has cleared after an accident near the Bluewater interchange.

Vehicles were stuck in long queues heading towards London after the crash at 6.45am.

All lanes had re-opened by 8.45am, but delays remained until around 10am.
