Police were alerted after a car passenger was reportedly seen “with a weapon” on a motorway.

Officers were called to the M25, near Junction 1B at the Princes Road Interchange in Dartford, at just after 10pm on Saturday (June 29).

They attended an address in Princes Road where it was established the item seen by a witness was a child’s toy.

Advice was given and no further police action was required.
