Emergency crews rushed to a sports and social club after a man fell ill.

Several police and ambulance vehicles were seen at Bexley Park in Dartford this morning following the "medical episode".

The man was taken to a London hospital for further treatment.

A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 10.34am on Sunday 20 November 2016 regarding a report of a man suffering a medical episode at Bexley Park in Dartford.

"Police officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service went to the scene. The man has been taken to a London hospital for medical attention."
