Man arrested as police recover goods stolen in Dartford burglary

A man has been arrested after police recovered electrical equipment stolen in a burglary in Dartford.

An outbuilding belonging to a property in Fleet Road is reported to have been targeted between 3.10am and 3.40am on Sunday July 21, with a television, an aerial and a variety of art equipment taken.

After conducting enquiries at the scene, officers from the Dartford Community Policing Team found the equipment inside a home in Kirby Road on the same date.

The victim has confirmed the property belongs to them however the items have currently been seized as evidence.

A 55-year-old man from Dartford was arrested on suspicion of burglary but has since been released, pending further enquiries.
