Reports of drug dealing have led to the arrest of a 33-year-old man.

Police received reports that a man was driving a rented van in Swanscombe where he was then seen to be dealing drugs.

Officers searched for the vehicle on Tuesday, April 17.

The suspect, from Brixton, London, was arrested after he was seen driving at around 7pm in Heathclose Road, Dartford.

The vehicle was searched, and officers found two mobile phones.

They also searched the man, and a bag of what was believed to be cannabis was found.

He has been released under investigation while officers continue their enquiries.
