Man arrested after flasher spotted in Swanley Park

A 50-year-old man has been arrested after people reported being flashed in a park.

It is alleged a man was committing an indecent act in Swanley Park at around 12.20pm on Tuesday, May 16 before heading in the direction of the car park next to The Birches.

Police attended and searched the area but were unable to find a suspect.

On Thursday, May 18 a man from Swanley was detained and taken into custody.

Investigations are continuing with police asking for witnesses or anyone with information to call on 01622 604100 quoting reference 46/86729/23.

Residents in roads close to the park are also asked to check doorbell cameras, CCTV and dashcam.
