Half of a caravan was destroyed by a blaze, which left a man needing treatment by paramedics.
Firefighters were called to Pells Lane, West Kingsdown at around 7.20am today, with crews wearing breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze.
The man was passed onto the care of ambulance crews.
It is not known yet what started the blaze.
