Charlton took their unbeaten run to six Championship games on Saturday with a goalless draw at local rivals Millwall.
The Addicks have now kept a clean sheet in four of their last five outings but they had to dig deep to withstand the Lions and an intimidating atmosphere at the New Den.
Chris Taylor went close for Millwall early on when he headed Liam Feeney’s cross wide. Andy Keogh then centred for Feeney but again the chance went begging.
Millwall were on top and Charlton were relieved to see Chris Wood miss from close range as the half ended scoreless.
After the break, Charlton keeper Ben Hamer, pictured, produced an excellent save to deny Keogh.
Substitute Dany N’Guessan almost won the game for Millwall but Chris Solly blocked his effort on the line as Charlton held on for the draw.
