A 14-year-old girl who has been missing since July this year has been found safe and well.

Police say Charlotte Holloway, of Teesdale Road, Dartford, was discovered at a house in Northfleet.

A member of the public saw the appeal in a local newspaper and contacted the police.

There had been various sightings of Charlotte throughout North Kent.

A police spokesman said: "We would like to thank the media and members of the public for their help in finding Charlotte."
