An accident involving a lorry and car on the M25 caused delays for drivers this morning.

The crash resulted in two lanes in the clockwise direction being closed between J4 for Orpington and J5 for the M26/A21 at Sevenoaks.

The road has since reopened and delays had cleared by 8am.

Police say no injuries were reported.

In the aftermath, drivers faced long delays, with queues back to J2 at Dartford at one point.
