Hundreds of mourners took part in a tribute walk to say a final goodbye to a young mother-of-four, whose body was found next to a burning car.
Friends and family of Donna Eastwood, 26, Almond Road, Stone, walked along Church Road in Stone, to St Mary's church before she was laid to rest today.
The cortege included two white horses, pulling a white carriage which held Ms Eastwood's bright pink coffin.
The mourning group included men, women and children and was followed by more than 10 cars and trucks, some of which held floral tributes including a giant Disaronno bottle emblazoned with sequins.
A funeral service then took place in the church.
The body of Ms Eastwood, 26, of Almond Road, Stone, was discovered when firefighters were called to a burning car in Rowhill Road, Wilmington, at 6.20am on Saturday, October 18, last year.
Police arrested Joshua Caird, 26, also of Almond Road, the following day and charged him with her murder on Monday, October 20.
He was remanded in custody and will formally enter a plea to the charge on February 9. His trial is due to take place on June 22.
