Pair airlifted to hospital after collision

TWO people had to be airlifted to hospital yesterday following a collision involving two motorbikes.

The incident at 1.25pm on Sunday took place in Southfleet Road, Swanscombe.

According to the South East Coast Ambulance NHS Trust a 16-year-old was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital with head, facial, back and pelvic injuries.

While a 24-year-old was airlifed to the same hospital with head, back and pelvic injuries.

The condition of the pair is currently unknown.
