You could live in a chapel which is thought to be one of the last of its kind in the country.
The Grade-II listed cottage, in Greenhithe High Street, near Dartford, has been put on the market by estate agents Yopa at a guide price of £425,000.
Curates Cottage is one of three dwellings which make up the old Greenhithe Congregational Church and is thought to be one of the only three flint-faced chapels left in the country.
It was built in 1810 to serve the seamen and their families and was consecrated until around 1975.
Sitting in a conservation area and backed with woodland, the three-bedroom terraced house consists of a lounge, kitchen and diner, cellar, bathroom, rear parking and a south-facing garden.
It even still has numerous original features including a wooden mirror surround made from the old chapel doors and shelving made from the original wood from the chapel.
There is laminate flooring and carpet throughout, some rooms have wood beaming and there are also two feature fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the master bedroom.
The historical cottage is around 863 sq ft and has a basement, ground and first floor.
It is surrounded by other listed properties and a rich history.
It is also within walking distance from Greenhithe train station and shopping centre Bluewater and is close to the Thames River Path.
