A person has been found dead in a car park near a town shopping centre.

Emergency services made the discovery behind the Priory Shopping Centre near Lowfield Street, Dartford.

Officers, paramedics and fire crews all attended at around 11.30am.

Police inquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.

The person’s death is not currently being treated as suspicious.
