Paul Benson’s last-gasp strike salvaged a point for Charlton in a 2-2 draw at Plymouth in League 1 on Saturday.
Benson struck from close range in the 90th minute after Gary Doherty had nodded the ball back across goal to him.
Bradley Wright-Phillips had given the home side a perfect start by scoring the opening goal with a low shot after only two minutes.
Benson levelled the scores 10 minutes before half-time when he got on the end of Rob Elliot’s clearance and his shot went in off the post.
Plymouth went back in front against the run of play in the 82nd minute when Yannick Bolasie scored with a 25-yard strike.
But Benson was to have the final say with a goal that ensured the points were shared.
