DETECTIVES are questioning people after the death of a 30-year-old man in Dartford.

Wayne Philips, 30, died in hospital from a single shot to the chest after a dispute in Patterson Court in Dartford.

Mr Philips, of St Edmund Road, Dartford, died in Darent Valley Hospital after the incident on Friday.

Police launched a murder inquiry and said "numerous" people were in custody.

Officers from Kent are working alongside police from the Metropolitan force on the investigation.
