Vulnerable missing man James Bowers found safe

A vulnerable man who went missing from his college has been found.

James Bowers, 19, who has Downs Syndrome, disappeared from Bromley Technical College on Bromley Common at about 2.30pm yesterday.

Police confirmed he was found in the early hours of this morning.
