Four players have signed new contracts at Dartford but two others have been released.
Winger Ryan Hayes has put pen to paper at Princes Park along with Lee Burns, Lee Noble and Danny Harris.
Goalkeeper Louis Wells and striker Jacob Erskine have been shown the door.
Hayes (pictured), 27, joined the club in 2005 and is now set for his ninth season as a Dartford player. He scored several spectacular goals as the Darts finished eighth in their Blue Square Bet Premier campaign.
A new deal for Burns comes after the 30-year-old right-back picked up three player-of-the-year awards for 2012-13.
Forward players Noble and Harris played 75 games between them this season, scoring six goals each.
Wells, however, made just three league appearances. He started the season as Tony Burman’s first-choice stopper but injury forced him out of the side and Fulham loanee Marcus Bettinelli went on to make the keeper’s jersey his own.
Erskine’s 37 appearances yielded just three goals and the striker has not scored in 2013.
