A planned appearance by Rylan in Kent has been cancelled.
The TV star and former Big Brother winner was due to be in Bluewater today to sign copies of his memoir.
The presenter was expected at Waterstones in the shopping centre to celebrate the release of Ten, which looks back at the last decade in the spotlight and the impact his career has had on his personal life.
He was due to appear at around 3.30pm to meet fans and share secrets.
However, a note from the bookseller's ticketing website says that the event has been cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances".
The presenter began his on-screen career when he appeared on the X Factor in 2012, where he placed fifth.
The following year, he entered the Celebrity Big Brother house alongside the likes of Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Ryan Moloney and Claire Richards and won the series.
Since then, the 33-year-old has gone on to present shows such as Big Brother’s Bit on the Side, This Morning and Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two.
He also regularly appears on Celebrity Gogglebox with his mother, Linda, and hosts his own Saturday radio show on BBC Radio 2.
Tickets for the book signing cost £16.99 and include a copy of the book, which can be collected at the event. Additional copies will be available to buy in the store.
Thankfully, there are other options for anyone hoping to catch a TV personality at the Greenhithe shopping centre this autumn.
Next month, Instagram influencer Stacey Solomon will be meeting fans as she signs copies of her second self-help book, Tap to Tidy at Pickle Cottage.
The book is the latest in her best-selling Tap to Tidy series, in which the former X Factor singer shares her top DIY hacks and major renovation projects from the home she shares with husband Joe Swash.
Stacey will be signing copies of Tap to Tidy at Pickle Cottage on Saturday, October 8.
Finally, comedy duo Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe will be meeting and greeting fans to celebrate their latest joint venture, Parenting Hell.
The book, based off of their smash hit podcast of the same name, sees the two comedians share their chaotic experiences of parenthood.
The Parenting Hell podcast, which the pair started in 2020, has received more than 50 million downloads and featured guests such as Romesh Ranganathan, Bill Bailey and Katherine Ryan.
Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe will be stopping off in Kent on Sunday, November 6.
