Dartford boss Tony Burman has added prolific scorers Sam Higgins and Tony Stokes to his squad ahead of the run-in to the Blue Square Bet South play-offs.
The pair were signed on dual registrations from Ryman League, Premier Division East Thurrock and Concord Rangers respectively on transfer deadline day last week.
Burman (pictured) said: "We have registered both players but they will stay with their present clubs at the moment. We needed to register them so as to pre-empt things like injuries."
Higgins has scored 25 goals in 38 games for East Thurrock, while former West Ham youngster Stokes is the league’s second top scorer with 23 for Canvey Island-based Concord.
Burman said: "They are both decent players who are not under contract and if they are not involved in the play-offs with their own clubs, then they will be available to us."
Darts have also extended the loan of Luke Wilkinson for the rest of the season. The 21-year-old Dagenham & Redbridge defender has played eight games, scoring twice against Havant and Sutton.
Burman added: "The offer was there, so we took it up and it boosts competition for places."
Defender Paul Goodacre remains at Concord on dual registration after a long lay-off with a knee ligament injury.
