Mental health campaigner and singer Frankie Bridge will be signing copies of her new book at Bluewater this weekend.
The TV personality – best known as one fifth of girl group the Saturdays – will be at Waterstones inside the Greenhithe shopping centre on Saturday, February 8.
She became an ambassador for the charity Mind after she was admitted to hospital in May 2012 following a breakdown.
The 31-year-old opened up about her decade-long battle with crippling anxiety while a member of the chart-topping girl group.
Now Frankie wants to help a generation be more open about their mental health, penning a new memoir to document her struggles and how she coped.
"Open: Why Asking For Help Can Save Your Life" shares the Saturday singer's story, notes and conversations.
It also features practical guidance and advice from the psychiatrist credited as bringing the digital influencer back from the brink.
Frankie will be on hand to sign copies of the novel at the Bluewater bookstore from 2pm on February 8.
The event is free of charge but fans are advised to arrive early to avoid disappointment and must have a copy of 'Open' to meet the singer.
Bookseller Camilla Chetty said: “We cannot wait to have Frankie visit our store. She is such an incredible role model for her fans, we know we are going to make many people's dreams come true.”
