Officers have released images of the group, all on quadbikes, who they believe may be able to help their inquiries.
Both incidents took place on Friday, June 22, in Greenhithe, Dartford.
The first car was targeted at around 7.15pm in the Ingress Park Avenue area, near the junction with London Road.
Shortly after, a parked police car was reportedly hit at the Bean junction of the B255.
