There has been disruption on the Dartford Crossing this afternoon due to high winds.

Traffic is said to be queuing on the M25 QE2 Bridge clockwise from Junction 31 for Lakeside/Purfleet to Junction 1A for Swanscombe.

A temporary speed limit of 30mph has now been lifted. All lanes are no open, after two were closed earlier.

It comes as Storm Erik continues to batter the county. Gusts of up to 60mph were forecast going into the weekend.
