A stolen car was involved in a crash in the Dartford Tunnel last night.

Three vehicles were involved in the collision which happened at 10.31pm and closed the northbound tunnel for at least an hour.

The driver of the stolen vehicle left the scene on a motorbike, which was following the car, before police arrived.

No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made, however enquiries are ongoing.

The southbound tunnel was also closed due to roadworks.
