A 15-year-old girl was arrested after another teenage girl was taken to hospital following an assault.

The attack took place in Market Street, Dartford, between 7pm and 8pm on February 7.

The young victim suffered head and neck injured and required hospital treatment.

On February 11, a 15-year-old was arrested in connection with the incident but was later bailed pending further investigation.

Officers are seeking witnesses or anyone with information that may assist the investigation.

Residents with CCTV or drivers with dashcam footage are also being asked to check for relevant footage.
