A teenager was taken to hospital after being hit by a car.

Police were called to a report of a collision involving a teenage boy and a vehicle in Church Road, Swanscombe near to Ebbsfleet Academy.

The boy was taken to a hospital as a precaution following the incident at 3.40pm yesterday.

A police spokesman said no arrests have been made.
