Three men have been arrested as part of joint police operation which led to the seizure of drugs and a knife.
Stop and searches were carried out at train barriers at Dartford Railway Station on Friday night.
Officers from the Met Police's south east command unit in Bexley were joined by British Transport Police’s Metro team and Kent Police's Dartford neighbourhood and tactical teams for the patrol.
It forms part of two joint operations Avara and Squeeze led by the units to stamp out criminal activity on the public transport network and eliminate antisocial behaviour.
The latest searches saw one man arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and cocaine.
A second man was arrested and charged for possession of a bladed article.
One further arrest for theft was also made after police say a man discovered a purse in the street and decided to use the cards in Dartford town centre.
In total the operation has conducted over 20 stop and searches resulting in further reports to court for possession of drugs.
Bexley Police said: "We will continue to target those who intend to use the public transport network around South East London and North Kent to commit criminal activity and keep the public safe."
