There were long delays on the M25 after an accident.

Two vehicles collided on the anti-clockwise route at the Dartford Crossing between J1A A206 (Dartford) and J31 A1306 (Lakeside/Purfleet) at around 11am.

The damaged vehicles have been cleared and both tunnels are now open.

There were delays of around 45 minutes, and queues stretched back four miles.

There were no reported injuries.
