Traffic was held on the Dartford Crossing last night due to a police incident.

There were delays of 30 minutes at the QEII Bridge from Junction 31 of the M25 for Lakeside.

Cameras at the scene showed long tailbacks heading into Kent.

The road was fully open by 10pm, and National Highways has thanked drivers for their patience.
