A Turkish restaurant is back open after it was closed for building work.
Efes in High Street, Dartford, shut its doors for three months for customers eating in as work was taking place in the flat above.
However, it reopened earlier on Monday (September 4).
Owner Jemal Akkus said: “We decided to close as structural works were due to take place upstairs. We didn’t want to disturb our customers with lots of banging and drilling.”
The restaurant, which has been open for five years, was still accessible for takeaways during the closure but now customers are being invited to enjoy the Turkish delicacies back in the restaurant.
It is open every day from noon until 11pm.
