Emergency service crews have been at the scene of a crash.
It happened on the B260 Green Street Green Road at around 5.30pm today, affecting traffic between Dartford and Meopham, as the road was shut in both directions for more than three hours.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service says their crews helped get two people out of a vehicle, before leaving the scene at 7.02pm, with police confirming some were then taken to hospital - although it is not clear how many required further medical attention after the crash.
A Kent Fire spokesman said: "Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to assist Kent Police at the scene of a crash involving two cars in Trolling Down Hill, Dartford.
"Two fire engines attended and crews worked with The South East Coast Ambulance Service to help two from one of the vehicles, who were left in the care of paramedics."
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 5.30pm on Wednesday regarding a collision involving two cars on the B260, Dartford.
"Officers, The South East Coast Ambulance Service and Kent Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene where the occupants were treated for injuries before being taken to a local hospital for further medical attention.
"The road was closed while arrangements were made to recover the vehicles and clear an oil spillage."
It happened between Orbital One and Gore Road.
The South East Coast Ambulance Service have also been approached for comment.
The road reopened at 9.10pm.
