At least two people have been hospitalised after a bus and a car collided this morning.

Closures remain in place following the collision at 7.20am in Gore Road, Dartford, just yards from Darent Valley Hospital.

An ambulance and a response car were sent to the scene and the driver of the car was taken to the Princess Royal Hospital, Orpington, with a leg injury.

South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman Rich Airey said at least one bus passenger was injured. They took themselves to Darent Valley.

Police spokesman Steve Knight confirmed no serious injuries have been reported.
