Two men have been arrested and charged on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.
Police stopped a car in the Temple Hill area of Dartford at around 2pm on Sunday.
They suspected the vehicle was being driven with false number plates and followed it a short distance to Trevelyan Close.
Officers then detained two men and carried out a search of the car.
Inside a quantity of drugs including crack cocaine, diamorphine (heroin) and cannabis was seized, along with around £1,500 cash, a lock knife and other items associated with the sale of illegal substances.
Tim Trotman, 41, of Waid Close, Dartford, and Duzhone Williams-Brooks, 20, of Caxton Road in Southall, west London, were arrested.
Both have since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.
Mr Trotman was also charged with driving without insurance, whilst Mr Williams-Brooks was charged with possession of a knife, possession of criminal property and permitting Mr Trotman to drive without insurance.
Both men appeared before Medway Magistrates' on Monday where they were remanded in custody to appear at Woolwich Crown Court on Monday August 9.
