There were long delays on the M25 this morning after emergency services were called to a two-car crash.

Officers were called to a collision involving a van and a car on the clockwise carriageway between junctions two and three, near Swanley at around 4.40am.

Highways teams attended the scene where one of the drivers reported being injured.

The carriageway was closed while the vehicles were moved to the hard shoulder causing long tailbacks from the Dartford Bridge.
