A Vietnamese chain serving “fresh and healthy” street food is set to open at Bluewater.
Pho will be moving into the shopping centre in Greenhithe, marking its second restaurant in the county.
It currently has only one branch in Kent which is located in Burgate, Canterbury.
But, signs for Bluewater’s new addition have been put up, advertising the eatery as “coming soon”.
An opening date is yet to be confirmed but is believed to be sometime this year.
Pho serves a range of authentic dishes, including the Vietnamese noodle soup it is named after, as well as summer rolls with peanut sauce, Asian salads, curries and more.
Starters and sides begin at £5.25 and mains at £11.95.
The chain says: “Every product in every dish we serve is made right here on-site from ingredients delivered daily.
“No central kitchen - just real cooking.”
Social media users have already flocked to Facebook to share their eagerness for the new restaurant.
One said: “About time!”
Another added: “Oh my god I am super excited.”
Pho has 40-plus locations, most of which are in London but it also has branches in other cities across the UK including Edinburgh, Glasgow and Cardiff.
