Darcy Bruce-Lawrence was the passenger in a black Vauxhall Meriva which was involved in a collision with a black VW Touareg in East Hill Road, Dartford, at around 11.45pm yesterday.
An air ambulance and paramedics were called but Darcy could not be saved and died at the scene.
Her mother, Donna Bruce, was also seriously injured in the accident.
She was taken to King's College Hospital in London where she is now in a stable condition.
Darcy, daughter of the late Tony Lawrence, from Dartford, is survived by her three brothers, baby sister, stepfather Darren Newsome and her partner Ben Jones.
