It may have been running for only three years, but the success broadband and line rental provider True Telecom has achieved meant it had to tear up its own rule book and rewrite it.
True Telecom, based at Galleon Boulevard, Dartford, has undergone rapid expansion in its customer base over the past 12 months, seeing a 40.99% increase in the past six months alone.
It offers affordable, flexible packages for broadband and line rental as well as SIM deals and contactless payment methods.
It says it has the cheapest line rental rates in the UK market, with seamless transfers and prices frozen for life.
Founded by two entrepreneurs, chief executive Stuart Griffiths and director Mark Baines, the firm has accumulated a customer base of nearly 8,000 small to medium-sized businesses, alongside growing internally as a workforce to more than 100 staff members.
The directors said in a statement: “At True Telecom we invest in people. Not only do we provide job opportunities for young people in and around Kent, but each individual receives intensive training and support from the whole team.
“Our CEO, Stuart Griffiths, and director Mark Baine have both invested in developing the next generation, helping them in any way they can to further develop their skillset.
“We take pride in our company culture.
“Our team operates in a fast-paced environment facing daily challenges.
“By motivating our team with incentives, team building activities and charity events, we can ensure that the team operates as one unit and is constantly striving for higher standards.”
