Police are urging a man to get in touch after a botched robbery attempt almost saw him end up on train tracks.
The victim told station staff at Swanley that a man approached him and demanded he hand over his phone at 2pm yesterday.
When he refused, the suspect tried to push him on to the line.
The victim did not contact police and officers are keen to talk to him and any witnesses.
A 25-year-old man from Bromley has been arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery in connection with this incident. He is in police custody as inquiries continue.
