Dartford captain Elliot Bradbrook has called for one final push as the Skrill Premier relegation dogfight enters its final week.

The midfielder still believes the Darts can "make the impossible possible" by surviving in non-league’s top flight against the odds.

Writing in his programme notes, Bradbrook said: "We’re still in with a fighting chance of staying up. Most people had us written off just before Christmas – we were nine points adrift, having lost 10 games on the spin and were in big trouble.

"However, since the turn of the year, our performances and results have generally been good and it has really kept us in the mix.

"A lot of time and hard work has gone on behind the scenes to try and ensure that this club will be playing Conference Premier football next season and I just hope that it pays off with one last big push.

"I know everyone has their own opinions about team selection etc but all I ask is for you to put those opinions aside for now, get right behind the team and help us make the impossible possible."

Bradbrook's thigh injury means he is a doubt for the Good Friday game at Braintree and he may not return until relegated Tamworth visit Princes Park on Easter Monday.
