DARTFORD bid for a third straight win when they entertain Eastbourne Borough, formerly Langney Sports, in the Dr Martens League, Eastern Division tonight at Stonebridge Road.

But manager Gary Julians' hopes of including former Sittingbourne defender Marc Seager have been dashed by the player's decision to join Bass Brewers Kent League side Deal.

Darts put in seven days of approach for Seager and thought they had clinched the signing until he opted for Deal on Sunday morning.

Julians is likely to keep the same side that won 1-0 at Grantham on Saturday.
