Francesca Steggall has been in medal winning form

Dartford Judo Club’s Francesca Steggall secured her place in the Great Britain squad after clinching gold at the under-20 trials in Sheffield.

This was Steggall’s third gold following the medals she won at the Cadet and National championships.

Steggall is the first member of Dartford Judo Club to win all three national titles back-to-back.

The latest medal confirms her position as Great Britain’s best under-48kg player at junior, youth and senior level.
