Defender Tyrone Sterling insists there is the belief in the changing room that Dartford can avoid relegation from Skrill Premier.
Sterling and the rest of the back four were magnificent against Luton on Tuesday night, only to concede two late goals and lose 2-1.
But the former Dover player said the manner of the performance could inspire Dartford to pull off the Great Escape.
Sterling said: "If we put in performances like that every week, from now until the end of the season against these other clubs, I think we’ll be alright.
"Confidence is high and we feel like more of a unit now. We’re going to march on and really give it a go. I believe we can do it, definitely."
Dartford’s players looked spent when they came off the pitch on Tuesday. Having led 1-0 with 13 minutes left, they conceded two goals in the last seven after Kenny Clark was controversially sent off.
Sterling said. "It hurts. We were so close. You think you’re there and then they go and nick it from you.
"We were under pressure with 11 men but as soon as it went to 10, they utilised the extra man and really put us under it. We just couldn’t hang on long enough."
