Championship new boys Millwall are Dartford’s first pre-season opponents at Princes Park on Saturday.
The League 1 play-off winners are bringing their first-team squad to face the Darts in a 1pm kick-off.
Six of Dartford’s seven friendlies this summer are at their home ground, including three matches against EFL opposition.
Gillingham visit on Tuesday before Cambridge United come to town on Saturday, July 22.
Darts boss Tony Burman said: "It is very tough. We know we’re going to be up against some good sides.
"It’s about fitness and organisation. Maybe we can pick out one or two things we can improve during those games.
"Hopefully it won’t go too badly result-wise, but it’s more to do with getting the guys together and getting the fitness up.
"Millwall have been ever so good to us. They’ve been promoted and there’s obviously that little bit of bad publicity (after the pitch invasion at Wembley) but they’re trying their best within the community and within the local area to do some good work and they’ve certainly done that with us."
A handful of trialists will feature against the Lions, as will five players promoted from Dartford’s academy.
Burman said: "We want to have a closer look at them and they’ll get some minutes in the games coming up.
"It’s probably a bit unfair with the teams they’re playing against to (expect them to) shine as much as I wanted, but we might arrange some in-house games."
