Josh Magennis scored a hat-trick as Charlton completed a high-scoring double over Bristol Rovers on Monday.
The Addicks won 5-1 at the Memorial Stadium in November and followed it up with another convincing victory in the return game at The Valley.
The win moved Charlton to within five points of the League 1 play-off places.
Rovers made six changes from their previous game while Charlton switched only two players from the draw at Southend.
The Addicks had to come from behind after Patrick Bauer's error in his own half gifted Jermaine Easter a clear run on goal. Easter rounded keeper Dillon Phillips before scoring into an empty net inside 12 minutes.
Magennis hit the woodwork with a free-kick from the edge of the area before he headed in Joe Aribo's free-kick four minutes before half-time to make it 1-1.
Another Aribo set-piece was converted by the striker to put Charlton ahead five minutes into the second half and Jorge Teixeria slotted in to give the Addicks a two-goal lead.
The scoring was rounded off with 17 minutes left when Andrew Crofts set up Magennis, who completed his hat-trick by firing past keeper Will Puddy.
