Dartford have already sold more than 2,000 tickets for their FA Cup tie against Swindon on Sunday.
The League 2 visitors are expected to sell out their allocation of 800 for the first round tie at Princes Park.
The match is all-ticket and Darts are selling tickets from 9am-8pm from the main reception at Princes Park and online at http://shop.dartfordfc.com.
Tickets cost £14 for adults, £7 concessions (over 65), £5 youth (13-17) and £2 junior (5-12) while under-5s get in free.
It's the first time Dartford have hosted EFL opposition since Port Vale in 2010.
Co-chairman Steve Irving said: "We’re very lucky in that we’ve got a fantastic supporter base that rallies round in weeks like this.
"The supporters committee has been doing work, helping out, selling tickets, just being available, even on Saturday when we had a crisis when the stewards didn’t turn up - we had people willing to jump in and help out.
"It’s their day but they’re prepared to work and put their time in to make it a success."
Sunday's game kicks off at 2pm.
