Dartford captain Elliot Bradbrook and fellow midfielder Jon Wallis have both signed new contracts at Princes Park.
The news comes as a boost for Darts fans, who saw Tom Bonner and Tom Champion walk away from the club to join Cambridge United last week.
Another year’s service from Bradbrook (pictured) is especially good news for Dartford. The 28-year-old scored 14 goals for the Darts last season and his presence in the centre of their midfield will be crucial in Conference Premier next season.
Bradbrook joined the club from Maidstone United four years ago. He led them to the Ryman League Premier Division title in his first season as a Darts player and lifted the Blue Square Bet South play-off trophy a year ago.
In total, he has now turned out 183 times for Tony Burman’s side, scoring 56 goals.
While some of Dartford’s squad are considering full-time offers from other clubs, Bradbrook’s work commitments in London mean turning professional is not on his agenda.
Wallis, meanwhile, has committed to his third season as a Dartford player having made the move from Kent rivals Dover Athletic in 2011.
The 27-year-old was a more peripheral figure at Princes Park this season, starting 18 league games and coming off the bench 14 times.
Dartford also announced this week that defender Adam Green has decided to leave the club.
Left-back Green spent two seasons at Princes Park, scoring seven times in 77 appearances.
