Dartford have been urged to make home advantage count when they look to close in on the National League South play-off positions this weekend.
Victory over Hayes & Yeading at Princes Park this Saturday could lift the Darts to within two places of the top five.
They’re aiming to record back-to-back wins for the first time this season having beaten Bishop’s Stortford 2-1 last weekend.
Manager Tony Burman said: "We’ve got to make home advantage count. We’ve got to be positive for the 90 minutes, regardless of personal opinions, and get behind the guys.
"We’re five points off the play-offs. Is that a disaster? I don’t know. It’s strange how it pans out.
"Although we’ve been 12th or 14th, we’ve not been a million miles off anything. We’ve got to be patient and understand what’s going on.
"I know it’s difficult for some people to take in but we’ve stopped the rot, if people want to call it that.
"I don’t think we’ve played as badly as people are suggesting. We’ve done OK, we’ve got a couple of results now and I hope it continues.
"We’ve got to have everyone getting behind everyone. We’ve got to come out of the doldrums and we’ve got to stick together, at least for 90 minutes."
