Dartford have confirmed the signing of defender Mark Onyemah.
The 21-year-old left-back will be a familiar face to fans at the National League South club having spent part of the 2015/2016 season with them on loan from Luton Town.
Onyemah joined the Darts on a youth loan in August of that season as cover for the injured Danny Fitzsimons and chalked up 24 appearances before being recalled by his parent club.
He returned in January, going on to play 38 times in total, and emerging as a key figure in a Dartford defence which proved among the meanest in their division.
After being released from Luton in the summer of 2106, Onyemah spent last season at Concord Rangers and Thurrock, helping the latter to promotion to the Bostik Premier.
Dartford boss Tony Burman is pleased to have Onyemah back at Princes Park.
He told the club's website: ”I am delighted to have brought Mark back to sign for us on a permanent basis.
"He obviously fills the void for the left-back position. Mark is a physical young player who I feel is an excellent prospect and will have a chance here to show his true potential.
"I am going to look forward to the challenge of making him a better player.”
Darts launch their pre-season campaign on Saturday when they host Championship side Millwall (kick-off 1pm).
