Dartford striker Dan Roberts has joined Carshalton on loan for a month.
The forward, who has not scored since his opening-day double at St Albans, has struggled to hold down a regular starting berth at Princes Park this season.
Roberts has made eight starts - the last coming in November - and made 15 substitute appearances for Dartford after joining from Slough.
Manager Steve King has allowed him to join the Isthmian Premier side to get some-much needed game time.
"Me and Dan had a chat and we felt it was best he went out to get some games," said King.
"He has only scored twice, which was on the opening day.
"He is highly thought of by other clubs and me. I've never had so much interest for one player but he is going to a good club in Carshalton for one month."
Roberts moved further down the pecking order at Princes Park after King secured the loan signing of QPR forward Ody Alfa for the remainder of the campaign.
The 22-year-old made his debut in Wednesday night's 1-0 victory at Havant in National League South.
Carshalton are managed by Peter Adeniyi, who played under King at Lewes. They sit ninth in the table, eight points outside the play-off places.
