Charlton striker Chris Iwelumo has completed a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed sum.

The Addicks striker, 29, who ended last term as the club's top scorer with 10 goals, left The Valley after just one season following his arrival on a free transfer from Colchester United the previous summer.

Scotland B international Iwelumo has signed an initial two-year-old contract with the West Midlands club and could make an early return to SE7 on September 13 when Wolves arrive for a Championship fixture.
